To become a first-class supplier of textile raw materials and yarns in China and even in the world.
Yarn-dyed fabric is woven with colored yarns (including bleached and grey yarns) by varying fabric structure and patterns. Featuring diverse patterns, attractive appearance and good color fastness, it has a wide range of applications. Its production principle: yarns are dyed in required colors first according to the pattern color arrangement. Warp yarns of different colors are arranged to form a warp beam, and weft yarns of corresponding colors are inserted in sequence to interweave into fabric.
Raw Yarn → Yarn Dyeing → Warping → Sizing → Drawing-in → Weaving → Grey Fabric Inspection → Grey Fabric Mending → Finishing → Final Inspection → Packing
Package dyeing process: Grey yarn package → Package Reeling (Winding Loosening) → Scouring, Bleaching, Dyeing, Washing, Dehydration, Drying → Rewinding
For leno fabrics and coarse-count yarn fabrics woven on rapier looms, sizing is generally unnecessary. The warp beam can be directly produced on sectional warping machines.
To guarantee yarn strength during weaving, fine single yarns usually adopt sheet sizing to improve single yarn breaking strength and weaving efficiency.
