The advantages of fabrics produced from viscose yarn
Viscose yarn, spun from viscose fiber (a type of regenerated cellulose fiber), offers significant advantages in the fabrics it creates, making them widely used in clothing, home textiles, industrial fabrics, and other fields.
Soft and Comfortable: Viscose fiber shares a chemical structure similar to natural cellulosic materials (such as cotton and linen). Fabrics made from viscose yarn are soft and smooth to the touch, causing no irritation when in contact with the skin. This makes them ideal for producing 贴身衣物 (close-fitting garments) like underwear, pajamas, and shirts.
High Moisture Absorption and Breathability: The fiber’s internal structure contains numerous micro-pores, giving it a moisture absorption rate of 13%–15% (higher than the 8%–10% of cotton fiber). It can quickly absorb sweat from the skin’s surface and release it into the air, keeping the body dry and comfortable, especially suitable for summer clothing.

Antistatic Properties: Due to its natural fiber characteristics, viscose fabric is less prone to static electricity accumulation, making it less likely to attract dust during wear. This makes it suitable for autumn and winter clothing or dust-proof fabrics for precision instruments.
Renewable Raw Materials: Viscose fiber is derived from natural cellulose sources such as wood and cotton linter, making it a renewable resource that aligns with current environmental trends.
Biodegradability: Discarded viscose fabrics can be decomposed by microorganisms in natural environments, reducing the long-term pollution caused by synthetic fibers like polyester.
